- To be considered for supporting content please adhere to a 500 to 1000 word count
- All articles must be submitted vusing the form below, and in DOC or DOCX format.
- Your submission should include your photo, your basic bio, and name as you would like it printed.
- Your submission should be saved as Lastname_title.doc or docx.
- All submissions will be scanned for virus.
